She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Montgomery and Edna Montgomery (Honaker). She is survived by: her significant other Jimmy Justice; her close friends, Carl and Bobbie Biliter; her siblings, Roberta "Bertie" Montgomery, Judy Casey and Clarence Montgomery; her nephew Dennis Stump; her children, Cheryl Blevins (Rick) of Somerset, KY, Cindy Wolford (Eddie) of Phelps, KY and Timothy Justice (Christy) of Freeburn, KY; her sisters-in-law, Goldie Blankenship of Mount Sterling, KY and Carol "Tiny" Colley of Hopkinsville, KY; her grandchildren, Michelle Blankenship (Michael), Matthew Justice (Cassie), Amberly Johnson, Nathan Hatfield (Amber), Maddie, Allie Duty, Layla, Madison, Austin Wolford, Donald and Jessica Blevins; and her great grandchildren, Kylie, Kacie, Greyson, Easton, Jaelyn, Jaci, Jensyn, Natalie and Jerrytt. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
