He is survived by: his wife Lishia Biliter (Robinette) of Majestic, KY; his children, Fred Carl Biliter II (Sheila) of Georgetown, KY, Shelby Hatfield (Curtis) of Blackberry, KY and JoElla Moore (Larry Joe) of Vanlear, KY; his sister Marsha Bays of Phelps, KY; his granddaughters, Amber Maynard (Chad) of Cynthiana, KY and Brooklyn Moore of Vanlear, KY; his great grandchildren, Paxton, Bryson, Caydon and Weston; and his close friend Chris Dotson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, as well as extended family members and friends.
