She is survived by: her children, Lisa Diane Purify (Robert Glenn) of Louisville and Richard Neal Walters (Therese) of Louisville; her siblings, Neva Crutcher of Elizabethtown, Linda Mills of Elizabethtown, Carol Thompson of Elizabethtown, Marva McDougal of Akron, Ohio and James Carl Dixon of Elizabethtown; her grandchildren, Emily Madison Druin (Brian) and Warren Neal Walters; and her great grandchildren, Jasmine Warren, Gavin Yearwood, Maxwell Yearwood, Macy Yearwood and Miller Druin.
