He is survived by: his wife Diana Warren Noe; his daughter Stephanie Noe (Michael Foster) of Magnolia; his stepsons, Garrett Harris (Jaylee), Brandon Harris, Derrick Harris (Vickie) and Jason Harris (Jesse); his granddaughter Leona Foster; his stepgrandchildren, Kayleb Wethington, Jayden Harris, Serenidy Harris, Zoe Bontrager (James) and Bontrager; and his sister Beverly June Reliford (Donnie).
