He is survived by: his wife Susan Peace Milby; his children, Kelsy Anne Allen (Dustin) of Elizabethtown, Nathan Milby (Joni) of Vine Grove and Kaleb Milby of Magnolia; his sisters, Vanessa Burt of Magnolia and Gwen "Wendy" Skaggs (Steve) of Texas; and his grandchildren, Ryan, Kayden, Bentley and Carson.
