He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Connie Judd Sietsema; his parents, Harvey Sietsma and Nettie Sietsma; his sister Linda Dauner; his children, Valerie McGovern (Tom) of Elizabethtown, Michael Sietsema Jr. (Christy) of Rineyville and Mark Sietsema (Jessica) of New Haven; his grandchildren, Cody, Gabby, Mark, August, Valena, Gavin and Noah; and his brother Harvey Sietsema of Reno. He was also cherished by three great grandchildren.
The family has asked that donations be made to the Lukemia and Lymphoma Society, 301 E Main St #100, Louisville, KY 40202.
