He was predeceased by: his wife Doris Jewell; and his siblings, William Hanford Jewell, Elizabeth Skelley and Bonita Skelley. He is survived by: his children, Cathy Taylor (Jay) of Magnolia, Zelda Gammons (Mike) of Three Springs and Marvin Randall Jewell (Dee) of North Carolina; his sister Christine Bowen of LaGrange; and his grandchildren, Bethany Smith (Billy), Nathan Rock (Tiffany), Bridget Polka (John), Ross Gammons (Maja), Adam Jewell and Katie Jewell. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
