He was predeceased by: his parents, Judy Stinson Thompson and James C. Thompson. He is survived by: his brother Calvin Thompson of Paducah; his aunt Mary Fields of Louisville; and his caregivers, Allen and Sam Durham. He is also survived by two nieces, one nephews and 5 great-nieces and nephews.
