He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Ragland and Virginia Ella Ragland (Underwood); his wife Bettie Ragland (Hornback); his children, Betty Jane Decker, Johnnie G. Ragland and Frank Lewis Ragland; and his siblings, Edwin, Robert, Walter, James, Calvin, Joseph Ragland, Bertha Dye, Ruby Oiler, Daisy Highball and Sally Ragland.
He is survived by: his daughters, Susan Horton of Horse Cave, Donna DeSpain of Magnolia, Kathy Smith of Magnolia and Hilda Miller of Munfordville. He is also survived by great-grandchildren, great great-grandchildren.
