He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Stanley and Dixie Thacker Stanley; and his siblings, Vonda Stanley, Billy, Burt and Randy Stanley.
He is survived by: his wife Osa Stanley; his children, Crystal Thacker (Jeremiah) of Magnolia, Chris Stanley (Mary) of Floyd County, Andy of Magnolia and D. J. Stanley of Magnolia; his grandchildren, Emily Williams (Luke), Jonathan Stanley, Abby Rose, Dalton Rose, Jada Shipley, Gaven Stanley, Damon Stanley and Audy Lynn Stanley; and his siblings, Glennis Hughes (Will) of Prestonsburg, Wavelyn Robinson of Pikeville, Sandy Wright (Robbie) of Pikeville and Milton Stanley of Floyd County. He is also survived by four great- grandchildren.
