It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bobby Phillips (Magnolia, Kentucky), born in Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on June 23, 2018, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Hugh Leonard Phillips; his granddaughter Rachel Luriee Kays; his sister William Edward Phillips; and also, Wayne R. Phillips, Charles Phillips and Nellie Jane Phillips.
He is survived by: his parent Rebecca Wilson Phillips; his daughter Mary Lois Garr of Magnolia; his granddaughters, Rebecca Ann Chancellor (Criss) of Lexington and MaryLynn Louise Garr of Magnolia; his great grandchild Thomas James Choate of Lexington; his sister Rollin Phillips of Louisville; and also Brenda Siegrist of Holiday. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
