He is survived by: his wife Beverly Bolden Whitsell of Madisonville; his children, Courtney Jamal Whitsell of Madisonville, Patoreia Mackey of Madisonville, Terayia Farley of Atlanta and LaFatima Starkey (Jeremy) of Houston, Texas; his sisters, Ruthie Hendrix of Madisonville, Rhonda Unseld of Louisville, Barbara Whitsell of Madisonville, Helen Gregory of Madisonville and Wanda Thompson (James) of Madisonville; and his grandchildren, Noah Nichols, Isaiah Nichols, Jaylen Mackey, Jalihl Mackey, Jasiah Mackey and Zarayia Rosselle. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
