He is survived by: his father Terry Lee Farmer I of Madisonville, KY; his children, Kayla Hall (Brendon) of Clay, KY and Terry Lee Farmer III (Tracey) of Moorehead, KY; his sister Carrie Atherton of Madisonville, KY; and his grandsons, Gabriel, Henry Hall and Jameson Farmer.
