As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Sonia may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gaylon Duncan and Irma Duncan (Dunlap) of White Plains; her granddaughter Kara Smith; her husbands, Harold Williams and Michael Smith; and her sisters, Verda Ruth Harper, Betty Smith and Gaynell Crunk.
She is survived by: her children, Clarissa Barks (Steven) of Hanson, Harold Williams (Tonya) and Greg Smith (Kim) of Hopkinsville; and her siblings, Carolyn Crunk of Evansville and Doug Duncan of White Plains. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Bandy Funeral Home (18 N Main St, Nortonville, KY 42442).
