She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Smith and Retta Alexander Smith; her husband Donald Egbert; and her siblings, Yvonne, Joanne Fuller and David Michael Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Melissa Harvey (Paul Jr.) of Madisonville, KY and James Hanks of Madisonville; and her brother Fred Smith (Mary) of St. Charles, KY. She is also survived by several nieces ad nephews.
