She was predeceased by: her parents, Mable Boyd Smollar and Steve Smollar. She is survived by: her cousins, Terry Curtis of Crofton, KY, Tony Wilson (Judy) of New Johnsonville, TN, Debbie Burgett (Mike) of Hendersonville, IN and Vincent West (Peggy) of Nortonville, KY; and her caregivers, Ann Wagoner (Steve) of Madisonville and Steve Utley of Madisonville.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens (336 McLeod Ave, Madisonville, KY 42431).
