She is survived by: her children, Sherry Howard (Kenny) of Madisonville and Richard Reynolds (Stacie) of Madisonville; her stepson David Crowley (Rachel) of Madisonville; and her grandchildren, Dixie Gospodarek (Justin), Heather Reynolds (Kayla), Michael Reynolds (Sharelle Martin), R. J. Irvin and Gavin Shelton. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
