He is survived by: his wife Helen Combs; his children, Gregory Combs (Valerie) of Louisville, KY, Terry Combs of Madisonville, KY, Elaine Aytch (Keith) of Sacramento, CA, Wanda Nix (Ronnie) of Madisonville, KY, Nanci Wilson (Alvis) of Madisonville, KY and Georgia Combs of Madisonville, KY; his sister Karla Washington of Madisonville, KY; and his grandchildren, Dominic Combs (Jessica), Samaria Johnson, Alvis Wilson Jr. (Mackenzie), Aleah Nix, Adrianne Wilson, Giavonna Combs and Kijani Aytch. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, family, and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Wesley Chapel Cme Church (171 N Kentucky Ave, Madisonville, KY 42431). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM.
