With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth A. France (Madisonville, Kentucky), who passed away on February 3, 2019 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Wilbur Ray France; her daughter Patsy France Trice; and her sister Leeoma Gilland. She is survived by: her children, Kaye Mullis (Keith) of Atlanta, GA, Joel David France (Marie) of Paducah, KY and James France (Johnna) of Princeton, KY. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren, four great great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
