He is survived by: his children, Rachel Riegel (Scott) of Stuttgart, Germany and Steven Ramage (Rebecca) of Madisonville; his siblings, Phyllis Johnson (Jim) of Madisonville, Cheri Neisz (Larry) of Madisonville, John Ramage of Madisonville, Mark Ramage (Cindy) of Madisonville, Charles Ramage (Ronda) of Madisonville and Scott Ramage (Kerry Kassinger) of Louisville, KY; and his granddaughter Allie Ramage.
