With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Richard Metcalfe of Madisonville, Kentucky, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He is survived by: his parents, Pamela Lane of Madisonville and Duncan Metcalfe (Burneta) of Texas; his wife Allison Simons Metcalfe of Madisonville; his mother-in-law Sharon Simons of Earlington, KY; his children, David Metcalfe (Shana) of Madisonville and Jennifer Dube (James) of Earlington; his brothers, Tim Doss (Jamie) of Madisonville and Michael Williams (Kelly) of Madisonville; his brother-in-law Wade Simons (Kim) of St. Charles, KY; and his grandchildren, Cash Johnston, Elynnor Dube, Octavia Runyan and Adalynn Dube. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Harris Funeral Home, Inc. (134 N Main St, Madisonville, KY 42431).
