He is survived by: his wife Joey Hibbs Crews; his children, Donna Clark (Anthony) of Hanson, KY and Daniel Crews (Lynn) of Henderson, KY; his grandchildren, Tiffany Burton (Jeremy) of Hanson, Matthew Crews of Henderson and Nathan Crews (Michele) of Evansville, IN; and his great grandchildren, Whitney Burton, Colbie Clark, Colton Clark-Manley, Skyler Burton, Carsen Ware and Ryan Crews. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
