He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Lou Miller; his daughter Melody Gayle Wiggins; and his sister Mildred Lear. He is survived by: his daughter Teresa Diane Campisi (Sam) of Madisonville; and his grandchildren, Jonathan Pickerel of Hendersonville, TN, Lucas O. Wiggins of Madisonville and Nicole K. Pickerel of Madisonville.
