It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Pam Kay Faulk of Madisonville, Kentucky, who passed away on November 29, 2024, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her brother David Wayne Betts. She is survived by: her husband Steven; her children, Stephanie Scott (Chris), Mitchell Faulk (Magen) and Rachel Allen (Mark); her grandchildren, Conner, Gabe Allen, Layla, Drake Scott and Moxley Faulk; her half-sister Anne Berkeypile; her siblings-in-law, Alisa Goodman (Keith), Georgianna Faulk, Valerie Griffey (Tim), Renae Miller (Johnny), Ambrose Wilson and Jerry Hobgood; and her nieces and nephews, John Betts (Sandra), Andy Downey (Whitney), Kristy Nolan (Todd), Bryce Dixon, David Griffey (Tonia), Jeff Griffey, Josh McCutcheon (Jennifer) and Casey Miller (Keri). She is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, December 5th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Harris Funeral Home (134 N Main St, Madisonville, KY 42431). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel of Harris Funeral Home (134 N Main St, Madisonville, KY 42431). A burial will be held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at the Grapevine Cemetery (State Hwy 336, Madisonville, KY 42431).
