She was predeceased by: her parents, James Francis Hemmings and Jennie Lee Sapp; and her siblings, J. C. Hemmings, Wilbert Carol Hemmings, Racheal Bautista, Flora Ellen Burdge, Mary Frances Grace, Mary Lee Bivins, Beverly Ann Hemmings and Anna Beatrice Docktor.
She is survived by: her daughter Linda Rice of Madisonville; her grandchildren, Steven Lear (Savannah), Michael Lear (Danielle) and Kendra McLain (Andy); and her great grandchildren, Brayden, Kenzie and Aiden. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
