He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Townsend of Madisonville, KY; his children, Kelley Harvey (David) of Clay, KY and Robby Townsend (Lucinda) of Clay, KY; his stepchildren, Kim Oakley (Jeff) of Madisonville, KY, Dwight Adcock (Pam) of Madisonville, KY and Jeff Adcock (Lisa) of St. Louis, MO; and his sister Lanna Vincent of Madisonville, KY. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
