She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Simms and Laverne Pettus Simms; her siblings, Carolyn Pettus, Raymond Simms and Johnny Baxter; and her grandson Jacorey Majors.
She is survived by: her daughters, Angela Pettus of Clarksville, TN, Keoshaia Pettus of South Carolina and Cherail Pettus of Madisonville; and her siblings, Sheila Richards (Paul), Valerie Simms and Ronald Baxter (Jennie). She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and many other relatives and friends.
A memorial service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Mason and Sons Funeral Home (409 E Noel Ave, Madisonville, KY 42431).
