He was predeceased by: his mother Dorothy Louise Weir McGregor. He is survived by: his father Eugene L. McGregor; his wife Terry McGregor of Madisonville; his children, Tate McGregor (Hannah) of Madisonville and Carmen Slaton of Madisonville; his stepdaughters, Jennifer Sheets of Calhoun, KY and Tracy Poiles of Calhoun, KY; his sister Stacey McGregor of Madisonville; and his pet Harley. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, and his third child.
