With solemn reverence, we commemorate Margie Harris of Madisonville, Kentucky, whose life came to an end on January 8, 2025 at the age of 90, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie E. Proctor and Lee Ellen Gipson Proctor; her husband Charles Allen Harris; and her siblings, Minnie Devine, Edna Mae Simpson, Kathleen Daniel, Walter Proctor, Clarence Proctor, Charles Proctor, Paul Proctor and Robert Proctor.
She is survived by: her children, Melissa Ann Harris of Nashville, TN and Steven Harris (Lisa) of Madisonville; and her granddaughters, Laura Lee Armstrong of Madisonville and Stephanie Ann Allen of Madisonville. She is also survived by two great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Barnett-Strother Funeral Home (2285 N Main St, Madisonville, KY 42431). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
