She is survived by: her spouse Jerry Phillips; her children, Debbie Baker Hull (Darrell) of Salvisa, KY and Danny Ray Baker of Madisonville; her sisters, Mary Evelyn Williams and Carolyn Marie Adkins (John); her stepchildren, Shannon Crawford (Billy) of Indiana and Larry Phillips of Indiana; her grandson Brandon Darrell Ayers (Beth) of Russellville, KY; her stepgrandchildren, Trystan Crawford, Brady Phillips and Victoria Phillips; and her great grandchildren, Harley Ayers, Gracie Ayers and Tanner Ayers. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
