She is survived by: her son Dr. Charles "Randy" Nichols (Karen) of Louisville, KY.; her grandchildren, Michael-Lyn Watters, Sean Thomas Nichols, Chelsea Nichols, Danielle Nichols and Tayshaun Nichols; her great grandchild Nai'Emah Watters; and her friend Barbara Atkins of Madisonville. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
