It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gordon D Foulk (Madisonville, Kentucky), born in Spearfish, South Dakota, who passed away on February 9, 2019, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Foulk and Angeline 'Boots' Foulk (Masquat); and his sister Donna Zerger. He is survived by: his spouse Edith Kaiser; his sons, Garrick Foulk (Teresa) of Hutchinson and Gregg Foulk (Terri) of Hutchinson; his grandchildren, Ashley, Amber, London and Garrison; and his brother Rex Foulk of Hutchinson. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
