He is survived by: his spouse Nancy Ragland; his daughters, Sara Dugger (Danny) of Madisonville and Amy Summers (Steve) of Nicholasville, KY; his grandchildren, Hannah Witherspoon of Madisonville, Matthew Dugger of Louisville, KY, Michael Summers of Lexington, KY and Daniel Summers of Lexington, KY; and his brother Vernie Ragland of Clinton. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
