He is survived by: his wife Patricia Kay Smiley; his sons, Brian Kelly Smiley (Aimee) of Madisonville, KY and Aaron Scott Smiley (Jennifer) of Trenton, TN; his siblings, Ronnie Smiley of Garland, TX, Phyllis Blackburn of Dawson Springs, KY, Shirley Boren of Sterling, VA and Linda Smiley of Charleston, W. VA; and his grandchildren, Daniel Smiley, Jonathan Smiley, Arin Smiley, Corey Goodwin, Hunter Goodwin and Ashlee Goodwin.
