She was predeceased by: her parents, James Davis Sr. and Sara Ruth Hunter Bearden; and her husband Morton. She is survived by: her brothers, William Thomas, James Davis Jr., JD Bearden and Elbert Powell; her children, Brenda Powell and Jerry; her daughter-in-law Michelle Rickard; her grandchildren, Angela Garrett (Jason), Jennifer Gobin (Greg), Jesse Lee Rickard and Sara Rickard; her great grandchildren, Jared Gobin and Vada Rickard; and her brother Calvin Bearden.
The family requests, in lieu of flowers, that memorial contributions be made in Dorothy's memory to Liberty Baptist Church of Madisonville or to Gideons International, P.O. Box 201, Madisonville.
