She is survived by: her children, Darryl Hawkins (Gail) of Madisonville, Rhonda Fugate (Ernie) of Mortons Gap, KY, Debbie Southerland (Randy) of Madisonville, Tim Hawkins of Mortons Gap and Carolyn Keller (Billy) of Madisonville; her grandchildren, Josh Fugate, Devon Dunlap (Travis), Lauren Hawkins, Will Hawkins, Nick Presley, Teresa Devine, Pam Cates (Brian) and Shelly Fugate; and her sisters-in-law, Lucille Metheny of Central City, KY and Barbara Hawkins of Anton, KY.. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
