He was predeceased by: his parents, Corbitt Crawford and Mary Revlett Crawford; his wife Patsy Gail Crawford; and his brothers, Dwight and Perry Crawford.
He is survived by: his children, Kathy Stevens (Rodger) of Providence, KY, Donnie Crawford (Susan) of Madisonville and David Crawford (Maria) of Anton, KY; and his siblings, Dorothy Eli of Madisonville, Bonnie Kay Smith of Madisonville, Neville Crawford (Joanne) of Madisonville and Timmy Crawford (Debbie) of Crofton, KY. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; and thirteen great-grandchildren.
