He is survived by: his wife Pamela Jane Daniel; his children, Charles Ivie, Harvey Ivie, Joseph Ivie, Jeri Ann Payne, Donald Basham and Emily Ann Daniel; and his siblings, Charles Thurman Daniel and Martha McCarty. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
