He was predeceased by: his parents, Grover Snorton Sr. and Esther Sullinger Snorton; his siblings, Grover Snorton Jr., Larry Snorton, Johnny Snorton, Gordon Snorton and Deborah Smith; and his grandson Justin Tyler Snorton.

He is survived by: his children, Justin Snorton of Norfolk, Nebraska, India Rice of Jacksonville, Kristy Martin of Madisonville and Jillian Martin of Madisonville; and his siblings, Donnis Snorton of Bedford, Indiana and Barbara Swisher (Al) of Leucadia, California. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and a host of cousins and friends.
