He was predeceased by: his parents, Virginia Lorene Green Felker and James Vernon Felker; his stepchildren, Natalie Nance and Neal Nance; and his siblings, John Felker and Patricia Finch.
He is survived by: his wife Patty Miller Felker of Madisonville; his children, Tammy Felker of Louisville, KY and Todd Felker (Sara) of Chicago, IL; his stepchildren, Emily Nance (Dwayne Gossett) of Manitou, KY and Nathan Nance (Brittney) of Calhoun, KY; his brothers, James Felker (Helen) of Arizona, William Felker of Kentucky and Patrick Felker of Texas; his grandchildren, Taylor, Logan, Madison, Parker, Wren, Bradley, Brandon, Blake, Rachel, Haley and Briar; and his great grandchildren, Emeri, Everlee, Zander, Ella and Oaklen. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel of Harris Funeral Home (134 N Main St, Madisonville, KY 42431). A memorial service was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
