He was predeceased by: his parents, Carless J. Frederick and Ruth Hellene Frederick; and his wife Jean Frederick. He is survived by: his son Tony Frederick (Glenda); his grandchildren, Nicolas Keith Frederick (Shelly) and Holly Renee Minton (Ryan); and his great grandchildren, Isaac, Micah, Riley, Isabel, Ashlynn and Atlee.

Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Haven Pentecostal Church (425 Kresge Dr, Henderson, KY 42420). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
