She is survived by: her daughter Cinnamon Shoulta (Craig) of Madisonville, KY; her brother Ray Crick (Gwen) of Bremen, KY; and her grandchildren, Benjamin Friedland, Cameron Matheny, Chesley Matheny, Nicholas Shoulta and Whitney Sowell.
