He is survived by: his mother Dortha Alford Conrad of Madisonville; his daughters, Mary Carpenter, Chucketta Grimes and Alexis Grimes; and his sisters, Melinda Grimes of Owensboro, KY and Renee Pratt (Greg) of Madisonville. He is also survived by grandchildren; his great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and several great-nieces and great-nephews.
