With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Alice Gaines Arnold of Madisonville, Kentucky, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Anna V. Heltsley Ezell Jones and Charles Ezell; her husband Douglas Arnold; and her sisters, Anna Ruth Gamblin and Mary Kay Paynter.
She is survived by: her daughters, Vicki Arnold Santos of Medina, OH and Susan Talley (Tim) of Plano, TX; her stepdaughter Belinda Workman (Phil) of Norman, OK; her sister Lynda Oldham (Johnny) of Ledbetter, KY; and her granddaughters, Hannah Stone (Patrick) of Haslet, TX, Jessica Santos of Chicago, IL, Holli Garetson of Norman, OK and Heidi Tucker (Jason) of Brooksville, KY. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 8th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Harris Funeral Home, Inc. (134 N Main St, Madisonville, KY 42431). A funeral service was held on Sunday, December 8th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Sunday, December 8th 2024 at the Odd Fellows Cemetery (805 W Center St, Madisonville, KY 42431).
