She was predeceased by: her mother Helen Tignor; her siblings, Vickie Lynn Tignor and David Wayne Tignor; her former husband David K. "Butch" James; and her pet Drake.
She is survived by: her husband Don Ray Parker; her children, Kenny Wayne Powers of Louisville, Tina Kay Higdon of Fordsville and Michael James (Samantha) of Calhoun; her brother Roy Lee Tignor of Louisville; her close friend Mary Jo Dant; and her pet Zeus. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
