Melinda Payne Obituary

We are sad to announce that on September 1, 2020, at the age of 59, Melinda Payne of Maceo, Kentucky, born in Owensboro, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Dennis Ralph and Wilma Jean Volman Riley; and her son Doug Payne. She is survived by: her husband Charles "Randy" Payne; her children, Angel Spooner (Quentin), Misty Lively, Holly Petri (Steven), Rusty Payne (Kim) and Jeremy Payne; and her siblings, Dennis Riley, Patty Henning and Carlene Kellems. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren.
