She is survived by: her children, Elsie Blandford of Huber Heights, OH, James Thomas of Owensboro, KY and Ronnie Thomas (Lisa) of Owensboro, KY; her grandchildren, Ashley Thomas, Derrick Thomas and Allison Thomas; and her great grandchild Aubree Head.
