He was predeceased by: his parents, John D. Kellem and Della Horsely Kellem; his former wife Etheleen Kellem; his wife Anna Levice Kellem; his sons, Keith and Bruce Kellem; his grandson Jason Kellem; his siblings, Billie Jean Magruder and Mackey Kellem; and his brother-in-law Maurice Magruder.
He is survived by: his daughter Donna Sue Newton (Trent); and his grandchildren, Brandon Kellem (Erin), Jeremy Kellem (Brenda), Jennifer Kellem (Keith), John Michael Kellem and Kenneth Wayne Kellem. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
