He is survived by: his mother Elizabeth Poole Clark; his wife Patricia Oost Clark; his children, Jennifer Gunder (Zach) of Owensboro and Daniel Clark (Lacy) of Owensboro; his grandchildren, A. J., Logan, Alice, Cole, Braxton and Lanie; his stepchildren, Jordan Blankenship (Eric) and Jake Westerfield (Stephanie); and his siblings, Debbie Smeathers, Byron Scott Clark (Doris) and Jeffrey Glenn Clark (Tabitha).
