He is survived by: his wife Rosstine Horsley; his daughter Cindy Anderson; his sons-in-law, Gary of Crown Point and Bobby of Owensboro; his son Timothy Horsley; his daughter-in-law Maryann of Owensboro; and his grandchildren, Brian Fogarty, Melannie Fogarty, Kyle Anderson, Glen Robinson, Jason Robinson and Matthew Horsley. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
